Working as part of the wider Wellbeing Matters’ team across Salford the Community Connector will support individuals with mental health needs who have been referred through the Salford Living Well Multi-Disciplinary Team and the Primary Care Network Mental Health Practitioners.

So, although I had my jab last week, it takes up to 14 days to start being effective. In that time, I’ve been tested positive for Covid. Never been in as much pain as I am at the moment!
