My very very good friend and former police legend and now one of the best English people working in mental health @adeleandmaddie is organising on the 6th September to do a 1hr MH and suicide session at Manchester Cathedral, I’m so lucky that I’ve been asked to do a 5min talk about what I’ve been through regarding my struggles , the work I do now and I’ll finish with me losing my best mate Terry Newton, and the chat I’ve just had with Adele it sounded brilliant, it will include different things and music and piano stuff done too. If there’s anybody struggling or been affected by suicide please please come along….PLEASE!!!!!! and it also includes a brew and biscuits afterwards and a catch up with everyone there xxx
