Right changes but it shouldve been 25 teams..5x5 groups. Just 1 extra team each group but benefits game big. T20 is most popular format of cricket. #Icc should use it to expand game market as much possible. T20wc in 2028 can have 25 teams. 32 teams by 2034 WC #india #t20WC2028

BREAKING: The ICC has announced major changes to the format of next year's men's ODI World Cup. It will remain a 14-team event, but the three lowest-ranked teams will now play a 'super series' round for one spot in the main group stage, with two teams eliminated. 12 teams will compete in the second round, comprised of two groups of six. The top three sides from each group, plus the next highest placed team across both groups, will qualify for the Super 7 round. The top four teams from the Super 7 will qualify for the semi-finals.
