@UPS Your customer service said that everything after "Departed from Facility, Louisville, KY" in this were "virtual scans", and that my package not only never made it to my city, it hasn't been physically scanned since 1/25 at 3:39PM. Thanks for wasting my day to sign for it.

@UPS Finally got a call from your regional dispatch at the distribution center here in Vancouver, WA. Never in my life did I think I'd hear "We just shoved the packages in trailers and figured we'd sort them out later" as a reason for the delay. @UPS @UPS_News
