A second cycle school, Dabokpa Technical Inst. in the Northern Region is doing something amazing. Building tractors, tricycles, incubators, etc. I believe they require some serious collaboration with industry. Let's encourage them. Repost this till they get the needed attention.

As you know, International Women’s Day was observed last week so I spoke with some women farmers in our area of operation in the Eastern region. Here are snippets of that conversation. Hopefully the right authorities will act on their concerns. #jlfoods #IWD #rabsfarmdisries

In just three days, we mark something greater than a programme. We mark a movement.
For years, the Springboard Road Show Foundation has walked alongside Ghana’s youth. Three years ago, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation , that commitment took shape in Ghana Grows, a bold national drive to unlock opportunity at scale. Since then, more than 520,000 young people have stepped confidently into agriculture, agribusiness, and ATVET, turning belief into action and potential into real pathways.
On 28th February, we celebrate Ghana’s youth, for choosing growth, embracing hope, and building their own future.

Finally, some positive news for Ghana 🇬🇭 by a Ghanaian lady!
A young Ghanaian lady, EijayFrimpong, has been feeding little kids in government schools every Monday morning.
She has been doing it with almost no external help, just donations from people like you and me.
Let’s support her in every way we can. Me sef dey come drop her some coins! Lead by example.
NB: this is not a paid ad. I don’t even know her.

One Year at CAF: A Journey of Purpose, Growth & Storytelling
One year ago, I walked through the doors of CAF with equal parts excitement and purpose.
I knew the responsibility wasn’t just about managing media, it was about telling the story of African football with the weight, dignity, and pride it deserves.
What I didn’t know was how this would stretch and refine me.
In 12 months, I’ve seen football unite people across languages, borders and beliefs.
I’ve lived through multiple late-night strategy calls at 2am, complex moments that demanded clarity, and headlines that reminded us why the work matters.
I’ve learned that the world may not always see the process, but it always feels the impact.
As Media Relations Manager, my role has been to shape, protect and elevate CAF’s voice across Africa and the world. It requires a blend of strategic judgment, diplomacy, cultural awareness and clarity under pressure.
Every day demands the ability to balance speed with accuracy, manage complex narratives, build trusted relationships with journalists, and keep the organization’s story centred on credibility.
What I’ve brought to the role is a commitment to excellence, consistency and intentionality, the ability to simplify complexity, anticipate issues before they unfold, navigate sensitive moments with calm, and ensure CAF’s messaging remains clear, and aligned with our broader ambitions.
If this year taught me anything, it is this:
• You can do it.
• Make it a deliberate effort to be constantly good at what you do.
• Excellence compounds.
• Consistency wins.
Gratitude
To everyone who trusted me, challenged me, and supported me, THANK YOU! A special thank you to Luxolo September for the opportunity to serve.
Here’s to another year of storytelling, growth, and contributing to the rise of African football.
African football is rising and I’m grateful to still be in the room where the story is written.
If you want to explore the work the incredibly talented Comms team at CAF are doing to elevate African football globally, I’m always open to a conversation. I’d be glad to share how CAF is helping to sustain interest in African football across our 54 Member Associations.
Looking forward to connecting with many of you in the months ahead, and to continuing the shared work of shaping how African football is seen, covered and celebrated.
Thank you to all the journalists and creators I work with daily, for the support, collaboration and meaningful exchanges throughout this journey.

Agriculture isn’t just about food. It’s about identity, heritage, sovereignty, and yes - opportunity. The same soil that fed our ancestors can feed our future, but only if we give our farmers the needed assistance they deserve.
Ayeekoo to all my fellow farmers!
