I agree w/ the sentiment here. I don’t think this is what Battlefield 6 fans want to see.
Would this have been received differently if we were deep into the “tremendous” live service we were told we were getting? Probably.
This just feels more travel in the wrong direction.

#BF6 Movement enjoyers saying they want a bigger infantry skill gap is a smokescreen. If that were true, they wouldnt panic when harder mechanics are brought up. They just want to increase the pace/speed of the game and constantly push buttons so they dont get bored.

I'll wait for the game to drop and see how it plays but I still plan on playing Battlefield going forward.

Maybe that would finally get EA and BF Studios to rethink/revert their dumbification of the franchise and make it return to the OG era, which had a much higher skill floor and ceiling.

Verified and official Portal servers have been increased from 30Hz to 60Hz, resulting in smoother and more responsive gameplay.
This upgrade followed backend improvements and stability testing, allowing us to safely move Portal verified experiences to 60Hz.
