In US CTEPH Registry, 6.7% of enrolled patients were excluded, mostly due to adjudication committee not feeling they had #CTEPH. Even at PAH expert centers we are misclassifying the WHO group too frequently. Would probably be even higher at non-expert centers. #CTEPH2023
