@Montanidavid @SPLF_SocPneumo @EuroRespSoc @pulmotension ERS and ATS have very strict policies about relationships with tobacco industries. I was invited a couple o years ago and refused after learning the origins of this company.

Deeply concerning to receive #PAH study proposals from Akros Pharma, a pharmaceutical company emerging from Japan Tobacco Inc. The tobacco industry, responsible for 8 million deaths annually, has no place in medical research funding.
