Big congratulations to @ICL_UBC lab member @Ethan__Porter for his successful poster presentation at @NACCB2024! Ethan’s work is showing that created marshes in the Fraser River Estuary may not perform as well as native references marshes. Stay tuned, more to come!

Introducing the first graduate student in the ICL, @Ethan__Porter! Ethan is an MSc student @ubcforestry interested in conducting ethical and inclusive research within the Fraser Estuary. He comes to @UBC with a BSc in Marine Biology and a new puppy named Buckley. Welcome, Ethan!
