At the UN Third Committee , 🇩🇪 @GermanyUN voiced concern over the dramatic increase in death sentences and executions in Iran and the lack of transparency surrounding them. Germany urged Iran to end arbitrary detention and persecution of protesters, journalists, and human rights defenders, and to uphold its obligations under international law.
