3x this week I sat in 200°F (93°C) dry sauna for 55 min to get my core body temp to 102.4°F (39°C) That temp, at that duration, triggers primal panic. Took blood samples before and after each session to measure heat shock protein expression. Sauna is one of the world's best longevity therapies. What we don't know is whether hitting the core temp threshold unlocks a meaningfully superior response or whether the benefits are more fundamental: vascular shear stress, nitric oxide release, sweating. Most people doing sauna never reach 102.4°F. That's high-grade fever territory. I'm excited to see the data.

HPO.TECH Hyperbaric Solutions

HPO TECH × @steveaoki × Sweet Damage Crew We built a custom ATLANTIS 2-seater hyperbaric chamber (2.0 ATA) for DJ Steve Aoki. Then, handed it over to the Sweet Damage Crew to work their graffiti magic at our new factory: stencil art, calligraphy, hand paint, freestyle, the works. They pulled in Steve’s Dim Mak label elements (celebrating their first 30 years), and dropped in references to some of his projects. The end result for the exterior is the type of punk medical tech that can fit at home, music studio, or backstage at a festival for a breather after a long set. Inside, it’s the opposite: clean, all black, no noise. With a slick headrest embroidery of Steve’s profile. Looks aside, this ATLANTIS runs at full spec with the same performance. Just tuned to a different frequency. +++ #hpotech #steveaoki #sweetdamage #hyperbaricchamber #atlantis

Hi everyone. Kate here… I know this seems unhinged, but oral sex isn’t talked about enough. Oral sex carries genuine risks. HSV-1 (oral herpes) can be transmitted to the genitals and vice versa. HPV passed through oral sex is now the leading cause of oropharyngeal cancers in the US (surpassing tobacco). And oral gonorrhea in particular is becoming antibiotic-resistant at alarming rates. The bacteria in saliva can also disrupt the vaginal microbiome, and studies have linked receptive oral sex to higher rates of bacterial vaginosis. Oral sex is great… the problem is that we don’t treat it seriously. People who would never skip a condom will go down on a new partner without a second thought. People don’t get tested for oral STIs…. or talk to partners about dental health, recent illness, or when they were last screened. It’s a public health gap. I’m grateful I have a partner who takes my health, his health, and our collective health seriously. Be safe lovely humans ❤️

This Man got BANNED from the DMT Realm 😱 “The machine elves have permanently banned me from the DMT realm… the all-seeing infinite intelligence lit me up like a light and said you are permanently banned, get out.” He was told his soul was “Spiritually bankrupt… weak, weaker than most.” After years as a pro who’d spend “hundreds of years” in the quantum realm, now he’s stuck for seconds and wonders: is this world the simulation and the DMT realm the real one when we pass? Have you ever been rejected by the Machine Elves? What would YOU do if they said your soul was too weak to return? Drop your wildest DMT stories below.

I used to believe the person experiencing the craving should be the one deciding whether to act on it. That's kinda like letting a drowning person design the rescue plan.

12 hrs of focused work yesterday. Surprised by the level of cognitive and mood lift. Context switching 300x/day creates a noise floor of attention reside and chronic nervous system arousal. Microdosing cortisol. Extended focus resensitizes, making the world interesting again

Something happened in the past six months post psilocybin and 5-MeO-DMT that I can't fully explain. The brain data helps but doesn't complete the picture. Feels like a home I didn't know I was looking for. I'm trying to figure out what to do with that now.

@maximumpain333 This advice is dangerous. Chronic sleep fragmentation raises cortisol, accelerates epigenetic aging, and impairs glucose regulation. Insomnia is associated with depression, metabolic disease, and early mortality.

The most dangerous lie in human history isn’t about food. It isn’t about medicine. It is about sleep. For 200,000 years, humans did not sleep 8 hours. That number was invented in 1938 by a mattress company called Simmons Beautyrest. Before that campaign, the average human slept in two shifts. Historians call it “Biphasic Sleep.” You would sleep for 4 hours, wake up for 2, then sleep for another 4. During that 2-hour window, people would pray, have s*x, write, think, and connect with their families. Some of the greatest works in human history were created in that sacred middle window. Shakespeare wrote most of his plays between 1AM and 3AM during his second wake period. Mozart composed entire symphonies in what he called “The God Hours.” Then the Industrial Revolution needed workers on a fixed schedule. You cannot run a factory on biphasic sleep. So they hired a psychologist named Dr. Nathaniel Kleitman to “prove” that 8 consecutive hours was the biological standard. He faked the studies. He was funded entirely by the mattress industry. And the medical establishment adopted his research without question because it aligned with the factory model. They turned the most creative 2 hours of human consciousness into a “sleep disorder.” They called it “Insomnia.” They medicated it. They gaslight an entire generation that 8 hours of continuous sleep was healthy. They pathologized the exact window of consciousness that produced some of the greatest art, music, and literature in human history. You are not an insomniac. You are experiencing the most natural form of human consciousness. And a mattress company convinced you it was a disease. Stop medicating your genius. Wake up at 2AM. Write the thing. The “God Hours” are calling. ✨🙌🏾💫 © Andre Gonzalves

NEW: Musician Murphy Campbell says she isn’t making money on YouTube because an AI company is cloning her music and filing copyright claims against her own videos “An entity called Timeless Sounds IR uploaded AI-generated versions of my songs to all major streaming platforms... They used a distributor, which I just discovered, and that distributor’s name is Vydia. They used Vydia to upload all these AI-generated songs. Vydia has since decided to make copyright claims on all of the videos that were used to feed that AI engine to sound like me. So Vydia has come forward and made copyright claims on my YouTube page. Because YouTube does not personally review these things, I am no longer making money on YouTube. Vydia is making money on YouTube off of my own videos of me playing my own banjo in my own backyard with traditional folk songs, some for my own family, over AI-generated music.”

Bryan Johnson spent $2 million a year for five years building the most measured human body on Earth. 100+ daily supplements. Gene therapy in Honduras. Blood swaps with his teenage son. Shockwave therapy on his penis. Every calorie tracked, every biomarker logged, every organ scored. Then he smoked a vaporizer on a livestream in British Columbia and said it beat everything. Run the math on what he's comparing. The Blueprint protocol costs roughly $10 million over five years. It requires a full-time medical team, custom compounding, twice-yearly epigenetic testing, and eating your last meal before noon every day for the rest of your life. The 5-MeO-DMT session took 30 minutes and the compound itself costs less than dinner. And here's the part his audience will gloss over: he's not talking about biomarkers. He's talking about how he feels. The man who built an entire brand on removing subjective human experience from health decisions just admitted that subjective human experience is the thing he was missing. His own published research framework cited neurogenesis, Default Mode Network disruption, anti-inflammatory cytokine modulation. Real science. But his actual quote was "a reset of me as a human." That's not a biomarker. That's the language of someone who just realized the dashboard doesn't capture the thing that matters most. 200,000 people watched him lie on the floor for 30 minutes. The facilitator wore all white. His girlfriend played with his hair. He came out of it and said "the preciousness of our existences is unfathomable." Then he plugged his manifesto and a URL. Johnson just accidentally revealed the ceiling of quantified health. You can optimize every organ in your body and still be missing the thing that makes the whole system worth running.

Bryan Johnson reveals 5-MeO-DMT therapy outperformed every longevity protocol he’s tried "If I compare my experience with 5-MeO to having a better diet, exercising every day, sleeping well, doing sauna, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, this was more efficacious than all of them in terms of a reset of me as a human. It’s just incomparable" "When you sleep well you feel great, when you exercise you feel great, but nothing compares to what 5-MeO did in terms of resetting me as a human"
