Starting this month:
We’ll be hosting anonymous weekly/monthly calls for members only.
On these calls, you’ll be able to:
- Break down current problems you’re facing in your MRR business
- Connect with others actively running MRR
- Learn from people already doing 7–8 figures/month
- Speak directly with MID agents
—
Each call will focus on specific topics within the MRR backend space.
This isn’t surface-level stuff, it’s real conversations with people who are actively building and scaling.
If you’re serious about growing an MRR business, this is where you want to be.

17track api can literally embed tracking directly into your emails, like the updates in raw text
it is not that difficult to code a ai email system im sure theres stuff online but I made one for my own woocommerce store, also with mine and I recommend
if your packages are delayed by 3 days I have claude grab the data from 17track update the customer with a automated email that tells them what's going on and the latest update / it will get resolved soon and tracking will start moving
then i have in my desk app which trackings aren't updating etc so i just send those to my shitty ass supplier which imma switch soon and typically she'll get it fixed (never does), but for anyone with a good supplier this is a good software to make and you'll watch your cb's decrease
English

just spent 4h researching EVERY claude code use case for ecom…
found ways to automate:
- inventory management
- customer support
- market research
- content creation
- financial analysis
- email marketing
- google ads
then i put EVERYTHING i learned in a step-by-step guide
like + comment “CLAUDE” and i’ll send it to you
(must be following + RT for priority access)

@fromdarian What can I do to improve low CPMs, and what do they indicate about my ads? Since launching the brand in the US market, I’ve been seeing CPMs between $2–$5. However, my conversion rate is low, and my average CPC is around $0.80–$1.00.
English

The real cost of cheap traffic:
→ Low CPM = low intent
→ Low intent = low conversion rate
→ Low conversion rate = high effective CPA
→ High CPA = negative margin
But the dashboard showed a $0.30 CPC so everyone celebrated.
Stop optimizing for cheap clicks. Optimize for profitable customers.
Cheap traffic is expensive when nobody buys.

Inside your VIP vault on your ecom store have all your products at break even. That way even if a customer purchases you won't lose money.
You can do this using a Shopify app and product tags
On your email flows constantly link your VIP vault. Your customers have already seen the transaction so let them know why they have been rebilled. Remember the goal is to reduce the chances of a chargeback as much as possible
Lock the VIP vault for active members only. You can do this on your CRM. So if a customer cancels whether its by your CS team or your CB alert team they will automatically lose access.
Have exclusive VIP only products inside your vault.
Set up free shipping for active members.
Majority of customers won't even purchase or use any of this but it will help your case for your CS team massively
You never know when having all of this set up may come in handy

Imagine having a playbook for every stage from $50K to $500K/month.
→ Which metrics to obsess over at each stage
→ Which hires to make in which sequence
→ Which systems to build before you need them
→ What typically breaks at each revenue ceiling
Inner Circle members get the entire scaling roadmap, not just the next step.
DM "PLAYBOOK" if you want to see 12 months ahead.

Scaling an e-commerce brand is harder than ever.
The biggest roadblock?
Sloppy creative testing.
Most brands either:
❌ Test randomly
❌ Rely on the same “winning” creative for months
❌ Waste ad spend with no clear learnings
We built a Creative Testing Framework 2.0 that fixes this.
It gives you:
✔ Smarter testing (no wasted budget)
✔ Faster feedback loops
✔ Predictable creative refreshes before fatigue
Want the framework?
RT + Comment “Creative” and I’ll send it
