There is many key email flows you need that help keep dispute ratios low One flow that has worked for me is a VIP only product on the day before their first rebill. I don’t think nobody has ever purchased that product but it gives your CS team a better case to argue After the customer gets rebilled if they notice the transaction they will search emails for your brand name They will see a VIP MEMBERS ONLY PRODUCT. At least you’re giving the customer something… They can see one of the many things included in the VIP membership right there I’m happy with that. I would rather them understand why they have been billed than be confused and chargeback
