3️⃣ Straight-Leg Bounds from @IHTPerformance This drill works both ways. Assisted to challenge faster limb cycling, or resisted to build force in a longer hamstring position. Either direction challenges the athlete to coordinate the leg swing, ground contact, and force application under a clear constraint
