@airsial i booked ticket from Islamabad to Jeddah direct flight with amount Rs.121700 and flights supposed to go from Islamabad to Jeddah but flight went to Karachi and thn aftr hours it take off to Jeddah, this is happening with flight PF 728 from few days, scam on another level

@airsial I would like to file a complaint against Air Sial. Their refund process is extremely poor and not user-friendly at all. There is no clear or proper option available on their website to request a refund, which causes unnecessary inconvenience for customers.
