@IKuntrol I laughed whilst eating Biang-Biang noodles, and the noodle went up my nose and slapped my brain; when I blew it out that night in the shower, it came out in Torun - a thick strip covered in brain matter.

The blood clot that just came out of me in the shower was reminiscent of hit Australian horror film: Body Melt (1993)
