@ccc_jeffreys no doubt Cincy can fine for not shoveling, but the law and the Supreme Court are clear that such ordinances do not impact the “no duty” law and cannot open you up to liability. Why push that narrative, and why does the city website state otherwise?

@JohnMatarese eldest stranded by Allegiant on Christmas eve 1000 miles from Cincinnati. No food available at airport, no transportation available, no lodging offered. Don’t travel to GUF. They could care less and offered absolutely nothing. Refused to cancel flight…terrible

@allegiant There’s not a single other airline that wouldn’t at least have provided us shitty lodging. We’ll choose one of them next time. Hopefully whomever made this decision was at home with their family enjoying the holiday. Merry Christmas to you.

@Allegiant imagine being stranded 1000 miles away from home with two small children on Xmas eve, nothing is open. No food is available. No cars are available. No shelter being offered. That’s what happened to my family on Christmas Eve

We door dashed from the only restaurant open, then Ubered to a random hotel. No one offered to assist in any way. Had a car been available we would have attempted the 12 hr drive home, or driven to another airport to fly on an airline that gave a shit, but that was not possible

Told to hang on. Going to try again. Pilot bails out and diverts a second time. No they say just come back at 9am tomorrow. Hopefully we can get you another plane. No guarantee. But you have to leave. There are no cars available so good luck!!

@allegiant Flight in Gulf shore never arrived. Delay, delay, delay. Rental car company packed up and left as soon as they realized there was a delay. Even though full plane of people were set to arrive. Hours later sitting at a commuter airport that has no food..with children.
