Combining the TransPass and Zone 1 TrailPass was one of the smart Regional Rail reforms @5thSq proposed a few years ago that @SEPTA_SOCIAL could implement almost overnight with minimal revenue loss. I hope it happens as part of @DVRPC's fare equity analysis.
