@Hermesparcels massive fail! Parcel supposed to be delivered by 3 pm, not there and I have to leave, I changed option to leave with shop next door, courier has ignored request &left parcel outside my shop in a busy street, I’m not open until Monday, do you think it will be there?

@parcelforce Hi, there was no tracking no, just a card saying ‘to big to fit in box’ (we have a box for parcels to be left in). Still not got my parcel 📦, was told by Gatwick they’d send to Tonbridge to get it to my shop.
