Hazard itu mengubah cara Chelsea bermain. Kalau Drogba itu finisher, Lampard itu engine, sementara Hazard itu entire attacking system. Di periode 2012–2019, hampir semua build-up serangan Chelsea ujungnya Hazard.

“Jangan pernah lupa Piala Dunia yang tidak biasa yang dijalani Olivier Giroud di Rusia 2018, menjadi satu-satunya striker utama dalam sejarah yang menjadi juara tanpa mencatatkan satu pun tembakan tepat sasaran sepanjang turnamen.
Secara total, ia hanya mencatatkan satu assist di turnamen tersebut. Namun kontribusinya jauh lebih besar dari itu. Dialah yang menarik penjagaan untuk membebaskan Antoine Griezmann dan Kylian Mbappé. Ia juga menjadi pemain yang menahan bola dari umpan jauh Hugo Lloris. Ia memenangkan 39 duel dalam 6 pertandingan.

Tujuannya apa? Salah satunya untuk menghindari sanksi aturan PSR (Profit and Sustainability Rules).
Singkatnya, PSR itu aturan di Premier League yang membatasi kerugian klub maksimal £105 juta dalam periode tiga tahun. Kalau suatu klub rugi lebih dari itu, mereka bakal kena sanksi.
Dengan “trik” ini, kerugian mereka jadi terlihat lebih kecil di atas kertas, sehingga bisa lolos dari aturan PSR dan terhindar dari sanksi.
Contoh sanksinya itu pengurangan poin seperti yang dialami Everton dan Nottingham Forest pada musim 2023/24.

Crowding out terjadi ketika Pemerintah menerbitkan utang SBN dalam jumlah besar untuk menambal defisit, yang akhirnya mendorong yield SBN terbang tinggi, bahkan sekarang udah di yield 10 tahun udh di level 6,9-7,0%
Suku bunga tinggi yang dibiarkan terlalu lama akan menghambat investasi di sektor ril.
Sektor swasta akan semakin hilang insentifnya untuk berinvestasi di sektor ril.
Lapangan pekerjaan berkurang.
Konsumsi melemah.
Penerimaan pajak turun.
Akhirnya defisit lagi dan utang lagi,
Yield akan semakin tinggi.
Lingkaran setan yang semakin membesar.
Padahal, sektor riil, seperti kosan misalnya, punya multiplier effect yang sangat besar bagi ekonomi.
Ekonomi berputar dan menciptakan pajak dari sewa kos, bahan bangunan, dan konsumsi masyarakat sekitar.
Kalau disederhanakan, sektor riil ini jauh lebih besar efeknya terhadap ekonomi dibanding uang SBN yang digunakan Pemerintah pada program yang tidak tepat atau ujung-ujungnya malah ada yang bocor.
Penutup
Kebijakan ekspansif dengan menerbitkan utang SBN memang bisa mendorong konsumsi jangka pendek, tetapi kalau hanya mengandalkan peran Pemerintah aja tanpa didorong investasi swasta yang kuat, crowding out akan semakin membuat investasi sektor riil melemah.
Sulit menciptakan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkualitas.

Alasan Raditya Dika pilih SBN daripada properti untuk hasilin passive income. Passive income dari properti ga beneran passive, harus ada effort yang dikeluarkan buat ngurus. Properti bisa jadi passive income kalo dititip kelolakan ke pihak lain, tapi setelah Radit hitung, yield dari sewain properti dikurangi management fee masih di bawah yield SBN.

Makelele was a lone DM in our 15 goals conceded era. He was doing Busquet and Kante job combined. Controlling and tackling. His work rate was second to none. Makelele gave everyone freedom and assurance to attack. Zidane said, Makelele left a big hole in Madrid when he left for chelsea. Kante is exceptional but Makelele was a god.
