Day 2 of the Immuno-Oncology Clinical Network national meeting in London continues with productive discussions focused on shaping a National Framework for the comprehensive management of immune-related adverse events (irAEs) associated with immune checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapies. Over the past two days, Clinicians Pharmacists and Nurses from across the UK have collaborated to share expertise, identify priorities, and explore how we can deliver safer, more consistent care for patients receiving immunotherapy treatments. Our collective goal remains clear: to maximise the benefits of immunotherapy while reducing the risk of serious toxicity and improving outcomes for patients nationwide. The Immuno-Oncology Clinical Network 2-day meeting in London is now underway, bringing together experts from across the UK to discuss the development of a National Framework for the comprehensive management of immune-related adverse events (irAEs) associated with immune checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapies. Our shared aim is to ensure that patients can achieve the greatest possible benefit from these transformative treatments, while reducing the risk of serious toxicity and treatment-related complications through consistent, evidence-informed care pathways.
