New plan for tomorrow, the fourth and final transmission of Composition No. 2. It will be too light for air glow experiments so I'll be focusing on propagation, and rotating the beam around the world by 36 degrees with each movement. @uafhaarp @IOTAInstitute @CanadaCouncil
