Today at Casement Aerodrome, 104 Sqn completed a patient transfer flight to Newcastle, UK, using a Pilatus PC-12 to return a baby girl under one year old to Ireland. The mission was carried out in conjunction with Critical Care Retrieval Services. Well done to all involved.

We are seeing a sharp uptick in serious #flu cases in children in our hospitals and PICU. All children from 2-17yr can get a free painless nasal spray vaccine from their pharmacy or GP. Highly effective at preventing serious illness. Please share with your loved ones this 🎄🧑🎄

The HSE new RSV immunisation programme has protected nearly 12.5K infants so far this year. Since Sept 1st, almost 95% reduction in hospitalisations in target group of infants compared to last year and > 90% reduction in ICU admissions. Comhgairdeas leis na foirne uilig.
