Hello Crime Watch. Help me to expose the Sanctuary Insuarance Company. My car was hit by someone who was insured by the Sanctuary in January. All the paperwork was done. Since January up to now, they have not released the funds (ZiG equivalent to US$2000). Sometimes when you call them, they do not answer. When they answer, they give different excuses, pamwe vanomboti this week. Then another week, they come out with another story. Is this company genuine? What does the law say about this? @sanctuaryinsure

The Sixth Love Language! We often talk about the five love languages - words of affirmation, quality time, gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. But there is another that matters just as much: protection. Protection is about planning ahead. It’s about reducing uncertainty and ensuring that those who depend on us are financially prepared when life takes an unexpected turn. Understanding life cover, health insurance, property insurance and business protection are part of making informed financial decisions. These are not just financial products, these are tools that help families and businesses manage risk and maintain peace of mind. This Valentine’s Day, as we celebrate love, it is also an opportunity to reflect on the importance of financial preparedness and long-term security. Because planning ahead is one of the most responsible ways of caring for those we love. Happy Valentines Day ❤️

INSURING PUBLIC ASSETS FOR NATIONAL RESILIENCE! Together with the @ZimTreasury (Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion), and the insurance sector, we convened a high-level stakeholder consultative meeting in Harare today to discuss the insurance of public assets in line with National Development Strategy 2 (2026–2030). Speaking at the meeting, IPEC Commissioner Dr Grace Muradzikwa emphasised that insuring public assets is a matter of national interest, as it helps cushion Treasury from fiscal shocks when insurable events occur. Industry experts shared regional and global case studies showing that the cost of not having insurance is often far higher than paying insurance premiums, while Government reaffirmed its commitment to consider practical options for implementing a sustainable public asset insurance framework.
