@Tonysmini Resi. The 1st 2 engineers were hopeless ... Didn't even know what RAMS are ... After the 1st failure I requested rams, was promised them .. never came, no eng had them. Now BT have cancelled the order!

I am proud to be English - always have been, always will be. On St George’s Day, and every other day. Never let anyone tell you that pride in our England is shameful, or something to hide. @bt_uk Acilia in your Doncaster office was meant to be getting RAMS ahead of an @WeAreOpenreach visit to my property on Monday 27th April. This is critical. Please confirm/cajole asap to avoid further disappointment.
