NEW: The Trump admin is trying to resettle more white Afrikaners at the exclusion of refugees waiting for years.
IRAP recently updated our legal challenge to the dismantling of USRAP to address this kind of discriminatory repurposing of resettlement.

Mohommad Nazeer Paktyawal's death in ICE custody over the weekend is heartbreaking and IRAP calls for a transparent investigation into his death. He was evacuated from Afghanistan due to his work with U.S. Special Forces and lived in Texas with his family.
