Very kind words and I hear you, but congrats to you for pulling the trigger and arranging things in such a way that you could make it happen. Many people say many things, but you choose the path. You did it! Good for you! I will tell you one other thing that you can choose to listen to or not, because I hear it from my family almost on a daily basis. They say don't you think you should sell? How much do you need to make? I say no I don't think I should sell. Why should I sell? I have nothing better to put my money into, but anytime I do see a better use of some cash for more enjoyment, such as a vacation or maybe a super cool toy, or even just to help somebody out who is really in need... that is when I will trim a little here and there. As long as the story hasn't changed for the worse, then dont get pressured into some silly decision just because somebody else think you made too much money. All best 💪

Money is starting to flow downhill - a critical observation for the next few years. The Mags may make all the money but they are spending it faster than they can make it. Their free cash flows are cratering. Best to follow the money and see who’s getting it. In this case, it’s following the AI trade and, more specifically, the data center and power economies. Make money from capital light business models like ads and software, then redirect it to asset heavy, traditional infrastructure companies. A complete reversal from the last 20 years is underway.
