Boys I'm alive. I've just been in heaven hanging out with my baby girl. She is so perfect. No better feeling in this world than seeing her smile while swaddled in my arms. Enjoying every second with her before I go back to work.

@IRLMaddox Thank you man, I came down with the norovirus, normally a quick in and out of your system, but in a 1 in a million change, I experienced myocarditis which caused my heart to swell up and boom. Luckily no long term side effects, just gotta take it easy a bit.

Here's a story to start your Monday. About a month ago I sporadically had a heart attack (I'm all good). My Cardiologist was very firm on taking things easy to keep my heart rate down, so no exercise or heavy lifting. I had a checkup yesterday where he said things look good, but based on test results, he asked if I've been doing anything stressful that would pump my heart rate up. Literally, the only thing I can think of, was Outpost runs in Marathon lol. I haven't exercised at all and have taken things very light. So TL;DR is Marathon is so phucking exciting, that it's an ever so slight risk to put me into cardiac arrest lmao!

My baby girl is doing so good in the NICU the Doc said she can be discharged today! My little princess is coming home!😭

Such a weird feeling today. Happy my wife is finally being discharged from postpartum unit BUT extremely sad that our baby girl has to stay in the NICU until Sunday. Next couple nights gonna feel very odd. Overall she is healthy and most previous thing I've ever seen❤️

@IRLMaddox I understand what you're feeling. I went through the same with my youngest of 3 boys. I went home first, but my son didn't come home until 4-5days later. It's gonna be alright, you can go visit while the baby is still there.
