@IRProducts I submitted a request for warranty service on an impact wrench. Why do you make it so difficult to contact someone for service? I can locate portals everywhere for purchasing but nothing for service. This is a replacement unit that has failed as well. Suggestions?

I called @IRProducts to troubleshoot an issue I was having with an air compressor that I purchased within the last year. This gentleman tried to help me diagnose the problem over the phone, but ultimately gave me the number of the technical support team.

I'm wondering what happened to customer service. Now, I'm not talking about the mom-and-pop shop that can't find quality employees right now, or the fast food joint who hires "first-job" employees. I'm talking about very large, very well established companies. Here's my story:
