Hey @IRWINtools. This has to be the worst hand tool I've ever used, it doesn't work as a vise grip, hell it doesn't even work as an anything grip. May as well have sold me a pile of pig shit. I'd have better luck using the pig excrement to grip something. These things are so bad I never want to see another Irwin tool in my life. You may think I'm being hyperbolic, and faceitios but I am not. Next irwin tool i see is going in the trash.

@IRWINtools @Lowes I bought a hole saw door knob installation kit that was defective. Emailed customer service, and they told me it's discontinued, and I'm out of luck. Send me the new model you produced, probably because the prior's secondary hole cutter didn't fit their own adapter #DoBetter
