.@ITDRC supported communities by maintaining access to emergency services. They deployed WiFi Hotspot & Charging Trailers, a Mobile Operations Center, an Emergency Response Vehicle, logistics support vehicles and 20 Starlink units to strengthen connectivity in hard‑hit areas.

We've deployed our WiFi Hotspot & Charging trailers to help survivors access critical information and contact loved ones as they reach nearly a week without power.

OPERATIONS UPDATE: Winter Storm Fern left communities across the Southeast in dangerous conditions, with hundreds of thousands of residents experiencing power outages while temperatures remain below freezing.
