@eircare on hold now for over 15 minutes and it is very frustrating when it says your wait time is less than 2 minutes.

@dublin_express @AIBIreland @AskAIB I use this service regularly and the payment terminals you use never recognise Aib business credit cards for contactless payments. Usually I enter the card details and it works. Today I was told contactless or cash only. Please advise

@ITJobzGuru @AIBIreland @AskAIB I can advise that our system is working and there are no reports of the bank cards being declined. I would advise you to check with your bank if there is any issue with your card.

@dublin_express is there any chance you can resolve the payment issue with @AIBIreland? Very frustrating not being able to use bank card to use your service. Being told contactless or cash and AIb card not working. @AskAIB biggest bank in Ireland?
