Bought car insurance from @Debenhams, with courtesy car cover. Have just had car damaged, and catalytic converter stolen. @Debenhams now telling us courtesy car only available for accidents/vehicle theft. This is NOWHERE in their T&C's. Have we been missold this insurance?

@AsdaServiceTeam Twice requested and promised refund for unused Delivery Pass (by phone). Nothing yet refunded. CS email address not being monitored. How can I resolve this?

@MandSBank I applied online for an M&S Bank Reward Plus card. Got as far as a page which said something like "Congratulations your application has been successful", but accidentally closed the browser before reading what else was on the page (!!). Did I miss any steps?

@Slingbox I've an S-Video device connected to Slingbox Pro-HD. Picture is B&W & lo quality. Plug same S-Video cable into TV and it's fine???
