Criticism isn't the issue; it’s the intent and generalization. Criticizing a person’s actions is debate; attacking their right to exist based on their identity is where those labels come from. If someone criticizes you, they are a critic. But if you claim they are 'replacing' you, you're shifting the conversation from free speech to an identity conflict
