On Friday, our class presented on what they did over the extended Spring Break. We worked on sequencing what we did during our break and presenting while facing the audience and speaking clearly! I love hearing what my students do outside of school! 🤩

I loved having my sister volunteer at Day 1 of The I Can Bike Camp with me. What a great day💙 Looking forward to tomorrow😃

The JV Boys Lacrosse team helped students with disabilities learn to ride a bike at the iCan Bike Camp. Such an awesome experience!

Day 1 of bike camp!

In 3rd grade we celebrated our informational writing unit by taking a trip aboard Lahti/Radcliffe Airlines. Students displayed their research and took a trip from country to country. Each student received a passport to travel and they wrote interesting facts they learned.✈️

Warren Hance visited @IslandtreesMMS & spoke about the foundation he started in memory of his daughters, Beautiful Me. Then girls broke out into groups to open up and go through the Beautiful Me program. We discussed confidence as well as other topics. Thank you @HanceFamilyFdn💕

Author David Flood visited Sparke to share his (and his son’s) book, A Kid’s Book about Autism. We learned about autism. We also learned to be kind, empathetic, resilient and to show up for one another. Such great life lessons! @SparkeShines @IT_SpecialEd
