Yesterday we were visited by a very special guest! A student athlete from Hofstra University came to share all about his life in Kenya & his training for the next Olympics. We learned so much and got to ask thoughtful questions!

A huge note of thanks to Ms. Ferone and the talented students and staff members of Room 182. This team threw the best Thanksgiving celebration at ITMMS. From personalized invitations to beautiful table settings, this team made us all feel so great today. Filled with gratitude!

Room 108 is learning about retelling a story. The students listened to the story Creepy Carrots 🥕 Then retold the story and created these creepy carrot gardens🥕🎃

In Lions Quest we learned about teamwork! We created this web to demonstrate how important working together is♥️🕸️

Yesterday my class sold Breast Cancer awareness bracelets, pins and coffee in reusable cups to raise money for a donation to @metavivor in memory of these students’ former teacher🩷 Thank you to all who contributed to our donation and supported our class in this special cause🩷

Last Thursday we practiced using our vocabulary words of the week in fun activity centers. This helped us review for the vocabulary test on Friday♥️
