@carlschwehr @voipms Trueeeee. This happened to me once, someone at the CO pulled the wrong DS card. Cutting our PRI. We were out for 4 hours. But a Telus PRI would be back online by now.

@ITguy604 @voipms Uhhh... I had a Telus PRI go down, all four channels, two days and 5000 missed calls for the client... It can happen to any provider. Also, they aren't small.
