@UbisoftSupport I’ve had a ticket for about 2 weeks now and it’s not showing up in my case I have the email saying respond or it will be closed and have responded to it and still no response

@UbisoftSupport@UbisoftSupport I’ve forgot my password to my Ubisoft but I can log in with Xbox. I log in and click change password and send email, the email doesn’t get sent and I can’t change the password I’ve also made a ticket 2 weeks ago and it still says it’s new
