I think it took about 4 weeks to get everything back but I've heard some people had to delay their flights. I applied for a student visa tho

I will also add that I had to spend additional £50 for a new test for no reason at all and experienced so much stress due to the poor knowledge of your staff and their thoroughly rude behaviour.

2/2 this but as I arrived at my destination I was allowed through immigration with the same covid test that your staff refused to allow me to fly with. I was treated terribly by your staff who tried to make me look stupid and asked me how many hours is 24 hours. Unacceptable.

@EmiratesSupport I had a valid covid test at check in according to the immigration rules of my destination. I tried to explain to the staff at BHX check-in that my test is valid but they refused to check me in unless I provided a new test. I almost missed my flight due to 1/2
