@om_patel5 Today Claude deleted my issue on GitHub. Same flow we’ve been using for weeks, I post issues, my AI responds, leave me a proposal, then me and Claude review the proposal, apply, deleted the proposal. Today it kept the proposal and deleted the issue instead.
