@BritAthletics - when not selecting people that have achieved the European, World or Olympic qualifying standard...
AFTERCARE is essential.
I've seen too many athletes derailed and depressed.

This is a good read, from someone that really know what he’s talking about.
Let’s hope that it gets read buy someone inside UKAthletics that try to change from within. This great sport will suffer if they don’t follow there own guidelines.
