@Parcel2Go a) what was the weight claimed by Hermes and b) what was the weight I declared? Will I get a response to this? It seems unlikely

@Parcel2Go can I give them to dispute surcharge???? Therefore the only thing the carrier could have "claimed" was the I under-declared the weight. I do not believe this is true and so I still want to know:-
