@CRED_support credit card bill payment done on Sep 5 (due date Sep 7) is still stuck at your end. NO explanation whatsoever for this inordinate delay and your PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS. YOU are responsible for the late fee charge and any impact to my credit score.
