@hideawayresorts I need to speak to someone in management asap. I was give a voucher to use for another stay at ur resort due to issues. Now im being told u have not availability to use said voucher however, if I go on site to book myself the availability is there. How Sway?

@HideawayResorts I believe this is the same person I have talk to and it does not explain how if I spend my money and go on Royalton site booking a room the dates are available but if I try to use voucher there is nothing available. Completely unacceptable. Your either fully booked or ur not

Come on @southwestair flight 3388 Vegas to Baltimore. Over a hr delay “cause you had to clean plane” but you flight crew was not even there. What are these games. Now we waiting some more on the tarmac. For what? Worst flight ever. People are trying to get home. Help
