Résumé de ce mois de mars pour le moins INTENSE. - Lancement des ads sur ce shop - 0 à 10k/day en une semaine - Suspension Shopify Payments + 30k en hold - Compte Facebook perso désactivé 2 semaines après, plus accès à mon BM mais les pubs tournent toujours. Allez comprendre mdrr - Malgré tout ça : 120k de CA sur le mois - Maintenant faut gérer les commandes proprement pour pas se faire allumer en sav. Honnêtement un des mois les plus formateurs que j’ai eu en ecom. Ça m’a appris énormément et ça a débloqué pas mal de croyances limitantes. Très reconnaissant malgré tout. Avril va être crucial. Est-ce que je récupère mon compte Facebook ? Est-ce que les fournisseurs vont suivre ? Beaucoup de questions ouvertes. À suivre.

If ur starting ur first ecom, maximum $3k spend on initial stock. No more. Here's why: You can't start a business and expect to make it on the first go. You don't start the hardest Geometry Dash level and expect to nail it first try. Therefore, don't expect to start in ecom and crush with your first product. Even ecom veterans with the hardest of convictions test before committing big $$ on stock. If ur broke, you should negotiate down MOQ and $$ like a mf. Dont be scared about this part, Chinese ppl are made to be negotiated with. Negotiate all terms. Always. Don't think overnight success. Shit can flop. Control your spend.

this is my fourth store at $1m/month after you’ve done it once you can do it again and again the easiest way to do this is by picking a niche with a high RCR if 30-40% of people who’ve bought from you come back it will be way easier higher profit rate cause returning costumers don’t go re-go through ads rt + comment “1mil” and I’ll share a guide with my suggestions (follow for dm)

Why it works: → People believe what they see, not what they hear. → If you can sell someone visually, it feels undeniable. → It’s one of the strongest persuasion levers in paid media. Most skip this step. They dump it on an editor to figure out the B-roll… Putting little to no thought into it. This is the part I obsess over. And it’s why this ad was able to scale to this level.
