One of my friends from Kerala told me that if you hire a cab there and visit your relatives, the driver is also invited to dine at the same table as everyone else. Furthermore, this sense of equality extends to restaurants as well. I truly hope this is true; it is beautiful if it is, especially since we see so much classism and mistreatment of drivers, domestic helpers, and other professionals in the rest of India.

@delhivery - this has been a worst experience at Wayand with the delivery boy not delivering the package. He updates “delivery attempted”, which is a lie when he has never come to deliver. On calling him over phone, he is rude while speaking to tell yours is not the only delivery

I’m genuinely surprised that some in the media still push the false narrative of an “understanding” between BJP and the Left in Kerala.
Every Malayalee knows the truth: Congress and CPM are political twins, partners nationally in the INDI alliance and collaborators locally in action.
The Sabarimala loot is the clearest proof of this collusion.
When a CPM-appointed Devaswom board enabled the looting of our holiest shrine, Congress chose silence.
When CM @PinarayiVijayan trampled Sabarimala traditions, Congress looked away.
Why? Because both benefited.
That is why Malayalees rightly call them the #CPMCongressKuruvaSangam.
In 2019 and again today, only BJP/NDA karyakartas stood firmly against this unholy pact that targeted Sabarimala, Ayyappa bhakts, and Hindu vishwasis.
Without BJP’s sustained protests, this crime would have been buried as a “slip-up,” and the truth hidden, and the scale of the sacrilege never revealed.

@DTDCIndia One of the absolutely horrible delivery companies !! They refuse to deliver and expect customers to pick up from their hub. When forced to delivered by the consignor, the guy got arrogant with the women who received the consignment.. And they damaged the content too !!
