Curious about how web2 people get onboarded into web3 projects/companies. Meaning different skill sets, different focus but kinda the same goal. As an example “ security “ we have web3 auditors and web2 auditors. One focus on the infrastructure and the other focus on the code or business logic. As web3 mature I wonder how different roles fit in, such as compliance, information security, incident response and others.

Finding vulnerabilities on projects isn’t hard, finding teams that care is. Aside from smart contract audits, I think project should have an internal risk appetite approach. That let them receive vuln disclosure, and target any medium and above, and review lows.
