@malmesburyman @BulkingtonBooks Mailer wrote a book about demons and young Hitler. It's odd. Harlot's Ghost was better. American Pastoral and Bonfire of the Vanities are great. Also should pick up @goldengoatguild 's Crowbar: I don't think I've read anything as good for a long time.
