See eh, once you enter the UK, just drop some of the things you think you know or are used to back home at the airport. Unlearn and relearn. Because what is normal to you back home can land you in serious trouble here. I’m sure some of you have heard this story; A lady took her colleague to an NHS tribunal for calling her “auntie” and she actually won. The colleague said it’s a sign of respect where he comes from, but the lady found it offensive and called it harassment. And that’s the point. What you see as respect, someone else can see as disrespect. So please, Learn to address people the way they want to be addressed. If someone says: I don’t like that” Just stop. Because in the UK, intention is not always enough. What matters is how the other person receives it. One man’s fish is another man’s meat indeed🤷‍♀️ What do you think though? Was that really harassment or just a misunderstanding?

Decided not to wear the infinity ♾️ branded cap to neutralise the "slave comments". And that's the thing about chains. Physical chains are easy to break but a slave at heart knows no salvation. Unmoisturised giant blobfish.

It is not that much of a big deal Dr. Nigerians are tenacious, they'll cope with it, they'll shift, everyone will use paper chatting, surgeries will be done anyhow. Life will move on. The government is trying their best, let the people keep managing. It is well.

I'm really wondering how hospitals are coping with this electricity issue. I'm hearing some people are even cancelling surgeries, not able to sustain cold chain, electronic medical records are being affected and more. It is a total disaster for the health sector

It is planned. The seat would go to someone in the family. Years ago, somebody explained his father was bidding for FG contract and he applied himself and applied using his children's name. That was 5 bids from one family alone. The plan was that the contract would go to one person eventually, and it did. When you school with children of the rich, some are open to sharing stuff theor parents do because they don't really care.

Father and son contesting for same Senate seat in the FCT. Son refused to use his father's name. Is this not laughable? 😭😂

Last year, I helped a young man secure admission into the UK for an MRes programme. Suddenly, he decided to handle the rest of the process himself and said he no longer needed my help. Last month, he came back to me after his UK visa was refused. Why was he denied? His documents were not properly assessed, and he didn’t perform well during the interview. In January 2026, three of my clients attended interviews with UKVI, and all of them were granted visas. None of my clients have ever failed a visa interview in any country, including Lithuania, Sweden, and Russia. Now, he has wasted over ₦10 million. Let me break it down: •Flywire charges and deductions: about ₦3 million when refunding his tuition •Visa application fees for himself and his family of five •Although the IHS was refunded, he still lost money on other costs •Proof of funds requirement tied up nearly ₦5 million All of this could have been avoided with proper guidance. No genuine agent will charge you ₦12 million for processing. Using an experienced consultant would have saved him most of what he lost. My advice is simple: even if you cannot afford an agent, speak to someone who has successfully gone through the visa process in the country you are applying to. It will help you avoid costly mistakes. What you read online or relying solely on AI tools like ChatGPT or Grok is not enough when it comes to visa applications. These are serious processes that require accurate, personalised guidance. I understand that some people prefer the DIY route, and I respect that. However, as straightforward as the UK process may seem, things are getting stricter. In January 2026 alone, around 50% of student visa applications were either refused or withdrawn. I also had another case last year, someone who was denied a Sweden visa due to poorly managed proof of funds. An experienced agent would have prevented that. Another story for another day. SAD STORY. We visited Rebecca Awortwe, a 29-year old physically challenged woman who lives in the Ashanti Region and has given birth to twins. The babies are just three months old. Sadly, Rebecca is an orphan and life has become unbearable for her. She has no one to turn to for assistance. It’s obvious that in her condition, it will be extremely difficult for her to work to support the family. Unfortunately, Rebecca lives in an uncomplicated building with her newborn twins. This poses a serious health threat to the mother and the innocent babies. We did more investigations about the babies father. According to to Rebbeca, the father of the twins is a maison and he is doing his best possible to cater for all of them but it isn’t easy on his side. We are pleading with you all to come to their aid as they really need our help. They are in need of accommodation, foodstuffs, toiletries, etc. in order to survive. Also, Rebecca is pleading with us to provide her an artificial leg which will aid her movement in order to be in a position to work. Kindly donate through the official momo number 0556292016 (Patrick Mensah) For more enquiries, kindly call the number above! 🙏🙏🙏 SHARE THIS!! Copied from Twins Diaries
