@AsaabaCharlotte That no longer works in this era. Now there's a grab and take it mentality. If you choose to be ethical where everyone isn't, reality squeezes you. Game theory

@Jamie_Namulema It's actually true. The reason there is infighting in NRM-PLU is because there's currently no opposition to fight. People get united when there's a common enemy. Now this whole Anita scandal has pushed opposition into oblivion

There are things people say on NBS that make you feel like setting your TV ablaze 😭 What do you mean “if a poll was done right now, Muhoozi is the most admired public figure in Uganda”?? Admired by who exactly?? 😂🚮🚶🏾‍♀️‍➡️

Imagine doing all Museveni’s bidding for years only to still end up in the docks like a common suspect 🚶🏾‍♀️ Uganda politics will use you, drain you, hype you… then sacrifice you the moment the script changes. But somehow people still line up thinking “me I’ll be different

Meet Idd Amin who chased away Indians because they were doing small business here instead of Ugandans. He asked them to intermarry with Ugandans they refused. Asked them to allow their girls marry Ugandan men, they refused. He asked them to start speaking our local languages, they refused. Idd Amin said now, if u can't do things the Ugandan way, pack up and leave our country. The only Ugandan president who cared for Ugandans.

@Ntalebrian22 The regime will definitely not go. The same thing would happen to Uganda due to how regimes consolidated power. What's the cost of these strikes to Iran compared to Israel and US is the question we should have

Btn Khamenei and Ali Larijani who's more influential in Iran? If you killed the top, everyone thought killing him would be a red line. No death you can bring to Iran that can throw them away. Iran will still be fighting cause it's a system not a person.

@MathiasSsemanda I like how these guys are attempting to swing this. It's like those primo school fights where everyone is pumping up the small weak kid to keep being beaten by a much bigger guy. As long as he lands one punch they'll say he is winning even if he is bleeding all over.

Iran is getting out of this war with unprecedented power. Military and huge geopolitical influence on major global issues. This, however should worry many actors. A very powerful Iran that will have much to say on what happens in the Middle East and beyond. Also, most actors don’t know how Iran will behave in such a powerful position. How will they use this power?

@GabrielBuule That relief is short-lived and outright pathological because today, several other people have died - that includes very good people. Death is a universal truth that doesn't care about sentiment or opinions. Besides, he'll get replaced. And the dead don't face justice

Celebrating the death of a person deemed to have caused injustice is a complex, often controversial, human behavior driven by emotional, psychological, and social factors. People may experience relief, especially if the deceased was an oppressor or caused personal pain.

In Burkina Faso, Ibrahim Traore has wiped out school fees, parents will nolonger have to pay even a single coin for their children to access education from Nursery to university. In Uganda our Minister of education owns some of the schools with the most expensive fees structures.

I remember when I had just joined Twitter, I dreaded to give my honest opinions 'cause those who run the streets would come for me. Oh, those days; I couldn't even comment. But after a few years, I got used to the insults & now I can speak out my mind the way I see fit and I fear no one around.

@DrMorgans01 This like you're saying that people who don't support Museveni don't die? BTW, the Peter Pan syndrome applies to many people 😁. Many of you are very young but trapped in aging bodies. Very old bodies with a brain of a bedbug 😂

So sad to hear about Diana Sky, found dead in her apartment under unclear circumstances. Just weeks ago she was online praising how “Museveni is why I’m enjoying money.” Today she’s gone. In a country where the state brutalizes its own people, no one is truly safe rich or poor. This is the Uganda we live in.
